Simflex Facade Sealant is designed for use in areas with smaller openings where a more permanent sealant barrier is desired.
This sealant remains flexible when cured with a ± 50% flexibility making it ideal for use in areas subject to vibration, whilst still providing a water tight seal and being paintable where presentation and finish is needed.
